Created for: The Sims 3

Yet another new modern. However, this is a re-creation of one of my favorite homes I saw. A prefab home, with black on the exterior, that's soo not my style, but I decided to step a bit out of the box and try new things. However, the interiors are still -Light- as usual.

This lot is a re-creation from one of the Toyota prefab homes (Yes Toyota does make homes) Featuring simple architectural modern style, with wonderful surroundings and landscapes, as well as a pool lined with fountains. Interiors are simple and chic, which include a living room , a dining room, a kitchen, and a lovely planted staircase area which is opened to the dining room. It's a very natural home, with a balcony which is well planted and decorated. There is also a mini living area in the bedroom where your sims can warm them selves up in those cold days, and the master bath is just like a spa, with the tub over viewing the pool area. Very relaxing.
