Hello Lexudd !!!!First thanks for posting a comment !!! out of 150 downloads u r the first to leave a comment. It is great to get feedback. In reply to ur question there is a cheat. The official limit without a cheat is 8 stories. Wonder why u can only get up to 4 ??? anyway here is the cheat  setHighestAllowedLevel # It  Enables you to build more stories for higher buildings. Replace "#"
with the number of stories you want to have. Remember my apartment block only had 10 ???? It is beacuse the camera only zooms out so far so you cant see the top levels if you keep going up. The would be a way to make the camera zoom out - i would recomend googleing it. Good luck and thanks for downloading (have u thanked me yet !!!)
