Created for: The Sims 3

This Chateau was orginally constructed in Sunset Village for Dackon Gecko, a rich entrepeneur and his trophy wife, the youngest gouvener of Simstate since its conception.
The number one demand was lots of bathrooms, for no reason other than the fact that Dackon works hard and does not like to spend much time going to a bathroom on the other side of the estate. Every floor has at least two bathrooms. There is an indoor pool and fitness area on the bottom floor, the ground floor a retreat, a TV/Game room, a study, an all purpose room, kitchen and formal dining area. The entrance is an all marble two story art gallery used to impress anyone who arrives. The second floor houses the living quarters a small art room for the throphy wife, and a few children rooms for if nephews come and visit, there are a few guest bedrooms, which, if required can be converted to a nursery if there are children on the way. The top floor has a private study, relaxation room and a guest appartment with kitchen reachable by a seperate staircase.

All in all, you can't go wrong with it, and as if the interior wasn't enough, the garden has a small outdoor pool, exquisite symettrical gardens and a garage that can house easily house two cars.

With the dead of Dackon Gecko, all of this can be bought for a very big fee, as his trophy wife has no interest in living in the estate alone, and has since moved to a smaller house.
