The moment Freddie stepped into this abandoned lot, she had to laugh. Of course it would not work as a waterworks! Whoever thought of the mechanism did not go to school nor has a degree in engineering. Nevertheless, the house itself has a wonderful, eerie atmosphere to it.

Basically, I do not use stuff packs. You'll need Late Night and in order to make the boat work, Island Paradise. The lot is placed in Bridgeport where The Grind is at. Just bulldoze put a 40x40 lot there and place the abandoned waterworks. It will probably fit on any 40x40 lot but you might lose the connection to the water.

I have put this house in Bridgeport and am currently playing a character living in it. Except for a few minor deco changes I am playing it as is and having a lot of fun. Thank you for building such a neat house. I really love your stuff, as I have downloaded a fair bit of it. Thanks again.\:\)
