Merraway is a 3-storey, 4 bedroom concrete block residence with a tiled roof. It has 5 bathrooms, a teen retreat [or guest suite] on the top level and an indoor heated pool with adjacent spa.
The ground level contains the entrance and livingroom, combined kitchen/dining, the pool and spa, laundry and a small bathroom, with access to the grounds in the hallway leading to the pool.
The mid level has the master suite - bedroom, dressingroom and ensuite bath, plus a second double bedroom and a single, both with ensuites. A small sun balcony on this level provides a handy space to relax.
The top floor is a self contained apartment, suitable for teen or elder accommodation . . or as a guest suite. It contains a bed- sittingroom [with a Murphy hideaway bed], desk and computer, a music system, a small kitchenette and a full bath.
Extras include a rock pool, a gas barbeque and bistro meal seating and a couple of cushioned patio chairs beside the pond. The carport. has space for a single vehicle [included], a scooter and a motorcycle [also included].
The grounds have very low maintenance plantings, consisting mainly of white hydrangeas and small spruce trees.
Merraway was built on and for the 30x30 lot at 320 Oak Grove Road, SV and requires only a flat lot if re=siting.

Merraway is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item. Such instances will not affect installation and play for Merraway.
