Olea is the botanical name for the Olive Tree . . and since there are a number of them on the property, it seemed fitting the house should bear the sane name.
Olea is a contemporary residence in stacked cube style, with an irregular profile. It stands 3 storeys and has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and a central atrium which is unroofed, and visible from a number of the rooms on two levels . There is also a comprehensive exercise station , a game room, home theatre .art studio, and two pools - one is elongated, with lane markings for more serious workout - or competitive - swimming. There is also a double garage under the roofline. .
The bedrooms consist of the masture suite, a guest bedroom, a second double and a twin single . . all with own baths. The kitchen is modern, with quality appliances, plenty of light . . and a central meal bar for breakfasts or informal meals. The formal diningroom is separate, and accessed via a whide archway, for convenient transfer of food, etc.
The living area is a large space, separated into two zones by a structural screen . . .one end contains the home theatre with wall screen and elevated seating . . the other, is furnished for conversaton with sofas and easy chairs.
The game room contains a pool table and electronic game table and has direct access to the small art/design studio located above the garage.
The grounds are asphalt paved and small bamboo rockeries, with dianthus accents, complement the olive tree plantings.
Olea was built on and for the 40x40 lot at 415 Skyborough Blvd. Sunset Valley. It has no special requirements for re=locating.

Olea is a marcorse original work.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix for Pets on all files in this build, therefore it contains nothing to cause problems.
It is base game compatible, but if you wish it to appear as I have presented it here, you must have the last patch installed. That patch ensures, that even if you don't have the EPs and SPs that I have installed, you WILL have access to any items that need them in order to be functional and visible.
If you don't have the patch [or the EP/SPs], then the game will replace 'missing' items with default ones . . .with mixed success sometimes. Such 'missing' items will not affect install or play for Olea.
You may not re-upload Olea anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
