A new year for us all :)

I only want to wish you all a happy new year!

And i hope i can afford to buy the EP for sims3. I still only have the first original sims3, and it is booring at the moment. So i can continue to build houses again. I am sorry for the lack of new houses from me.

No new house from me at the moment

I have tryed to submit some new lots, but i get the message:

I know there is a new layout in the submission area, but i should be doing it as i am use to what i can see. I have written to the submission staff, and now i am waiting for answers.

I dont think i want to be building things as long as i can not oploade it, so i will use my time on other games for now. I hope i dont have to wait to long for the answer, cuse i like to submit my houses :)

I still dont have any expansion pack or stuff pack yet, but i have trying to save some money for it. I hope our economi gets better in time in my country. And there is not many more who has birthday this year, including me LOL xD I had mine two days ago, 9 july toghether with my brother. We are the twins with four years different xD

Themes and projects

Well, as you have notice, i like to build in themes. Now i am building some simple victorians, that i have placed behind halltown in the city. When i have done this, i will take some screenshots and put it up in my gallery.

The next project is modern houses, placed up in the hills, beside the victorian. They are to going to be simple, so no personal items like a guitar or fish bowl, only what they need to be able to live there. And then when the simmers (you) buy the house, you can put in what your simmers need :) And probably upgrade furnisher and other stuff to better stander.

I am thinking about making some farmhouses, and probably going to use houseplans for this. I dont know much of how they should look like. Well, that comes after the modern, so it will take some time before i can start with it.

Computer

Yes, its alive again, about time to :D

Thanks for your patience, and i have missed this site, other sites and my games so much. Had to re-install windows and i got a new grafic card. So now it should work without any problem, i have to install every game and programs again, and get all the items from the store and here again, so a little more time before i can start building houses again. Only a little info, so you all know whats going on ;)

My computer

I have a problem with my computer at the moment, seems like it craches every time i try to put a game on :( I can go on the internet, but if i try to play sims3 or any other game, there are some wierd collors and then a black screen. It tryes to find the problem and try to restore data. I dont know why it does do this. I have been on dell home page to seek the problem, and i am going to call them on monday. But until i have fixed the computer, i cant build any houses to share with you :( I just hope its nothing that cant be fixed, or cost to much.

Collections

Some new collections named Zoma and Simple.

Zoma is a modern collection, and Simple... Yah, its simple ^^

I have plans making some more of them, so Peitit has become simple, as i think its a better discription of them. And i make 1-5 bedrooms in every collection now. I am also planing to make some screenshots of the area where i am building this new collections, so you can see how it looks in the game. I have not forgotten about my trailer life, its on my to do list, i am going to make some new ones.

Oh yah, almost forgot, but i do not use subscribers items in the houses for this collection. But i might make a collection including thoose items, and they are going to be small houses as they have the habit of being to big to submit here.

I do make some vid's for youtube, and you might notice that i have changed the houses for them ^^ Some subscriber items to make them look more like a real home.

Well a bit of new things for now, i will submit my Simple collection tomorrow :)

Subscribers items

Well, i had 2 houses ready for uploading, with subscribers items. But would it go up.. Noooooo -.- It had some problem figuring out what to do with some of the items, someone else has the same problem as i have? Its a lot of work i have laid down on thoose two, one Sunnybrook and one Victorian. But, i think i just delete them again, and after this, i will try not to use subscribers items. If it is, people can change furnisher by them self if they like the house. Or I could submit unfurnished houses, but i dont know if the bath and kitchen are furnished then, cuse they are in the game if you buy a house without furnisher. Its a bit dissepointing cuse i have downloaded a lot of items i cant use now. Well i can change a house after i have uploded it xD Well, as people may have noticed, i like to build small houses, that fit into the town. I dont like when the houses are bigger then the rabbit holes (community houses ) It looks a little bit wierd when you have the townwiew on :/ I continue my building, cuse i cant stop with it LOL, And to all that have downloaded my houses, hope you enjoy them ^^

Small vacation

I am off to Sweden for the wekeend. We are going to visit my kids half brother and sister, something we have been looking forward to.

I know i have not been building some of my collections for a long time, but i am going to again when i get home. But some of them are going to be subscribers items, cuse i want to be able to use the items i have downloaded. But if i dont use them, i am going to make empty rooms to use as mudrooms. I am going to google houseplans as i have been out of ideas for good homes lately. So i am going to build some new styles, i like it when the houses looks different in the game.

Gallery

Just thought about my gallery, and jeezzz, its to small to have all my collection there. So, what to do, well, i think that all you simmers out there can see what i have anyways with out using my gallery for that. I just dont know what to use it for now, but i guess i figure that one out at any time. So i want be oploading any new picture of my collections. I think i would just use names to put the houses in the right collection. Like i do with Petit (name) ^^

As i have written before, i am not that good in english, so i have to google some words to describe the collection better. I have seen manny use the word suburbain, tudor, estate and contemporary. Dont quite know the meaning of thoose words hehe. And its not easy to discribe things when the english is bad. Have been thinking about to take classes to learn more, its more like the spelling part i need to improve, but to learn more words is not bad ^^

Now i will look at what others use there gallery for, could give me a hint what i should use mine for xD

I know this have nothing to do with the sims, but it made me laugh and it just happend. My son have a toy gun that shoots thoose orange arrows if i can call it that, and we still have father cristmas standing by our tv. Now he ames at him and shoots, i the ask him - Do you think he will give you a gift next year when you are shooting him. He answers - I dont know if i will get one from him, but i know i get gifts from you and grandmom.

LOL xD Why get one from him when he gets gifts anyway xD

I have a youtube account, thinking about making vid of my houses. But, windows moviemaker dont want to accept the file from the sims when i make a vid, only screenshots. So i have to figure out how to make them first, thinking of asking my brother next time he is here, cuse he knows a lot about computers and what to do with files and stuff. But i am making vid with my screenshots (just started) The only thing is i cant put music on, cuse dont know the rules about this. Have notised others who had the music removed from there vids, cuse it was not allowed.

I am depressed right now, so i forget thing right away, it seems like i cant manege things in my head. So i think it would take me some time to learn about the vid, and how its done. The same with items to this site, i wanted to make my own things/items. Some things that i mis in this game, that is around us all the time in real life.

Dollhouse collection and more..

As some of you have seen, i build dollhouses to. Not only thoose cute ones with a tower and soft collors, but thoose who really looks like a real dollhouse. Thoose we played with when we where children ^^ I have seen others now, and they are wonderfull. I like when others are making some houses out of the ordenary, like my puzzle duzzle and buzz bunker i just submitted. I like when people take ordenary things in real life and use it as an inspiration in making sims3 houses. My collections as now is:

I will put pictures up in my gallery wich houses belong to where and name it after the collection. I think i am going to make more collections as it seems like that is something people like. Though i dont want to promiss people that it will be submitted as manny houses as i have done so far in this short of time i have had my profil here. Cuse i want to start making videos to, and play other games ^^. But i will log in every day as i have been so far, if i am at home ofcource xD
