This delightfully intimate home over a pond is chalk full of goodies! A worn path encompasses the lot. (Please see the "story" about it under my screenshot of it) You'll have to careful when you use your Sims, though. "Intimate" also means there are some tight spaces for them to navigate inside, especially with the stairs--one at a time! ;D
Oh yes--and lest I forget, this lot is hack free!
