in order to download... dwnload item in to yur Elecronic Arts/Sims4/ TRAY folder

from there you extract all file from the house zip file into your tray folder for it to show in game
if you need further instruction pls refer to the forum community
thank you SO MUCH for downloading my item.. its alll EA based without custom content
