I don't know how I make all of my sims so different... I guess I just purposely make them have different features. I might have started with the same face shape and then edited certain parts... I don't really know, I just make sure none of them look the same. $\:D$

Most of my sims use the second base face as a start and I give some other face bases a click depending on what I want then move the sliders until I have the sim looking how I want them to look. Lol I've had the same problem as your friend before. I just didn't expect two good looking parents to create such a scary child!
