A HOT new surprise for your stressed out sims!

Hey guys I've been a way for sometime now and I'm back to let you know of a pet project I'm working on

Here's what I have so far;

I've managed to create a few new meshes and even new animation strings which can be implemented with the new mesh or Object/s I'm working on. I guess I could let you in on what they are ;)

1st New Mesh/Object is a working Jaccuzzi or Hottub with custom anims such as Jet proppelled water flow/bubbles ! Also I have somehow worked out how to export these from the programs I've downloaded/purchased from such as DAZ (but only subparts)Have to work on the kinks and stuff, I have been messing with Daz3d etc and found a way to export mesh files in Daz and transplant (for lack of a better word) them into sims3.package files!
But there IS a major bug when the sims exit the Hottub it crashes to windows! *Sigh* I might have to rethink this.

So far I've created bubble effects and added a new anim interaction to the Tub (Jaccuzzi) which is makeout (borrowed from the Maekout interaction on Sims) I've tested this ingame and I can say it was quite succesful! Apart from the crash when exiting tub of course!!.

And 2nd New Mesh Will remain a Secret until I've decided whether or Not to release it as a Beta Tester! BE PATIENT! xD

Mostly Animating it's quite easy as all you really have to do is "Borrow" Anims from the Parent directory! Like sitting on a chair etc So now the sims can easily be seated in the 'tub' and I'm thinking about other interactions too! I think you know what I mean! xD

WooHoo Anims might take some time though, have to delve deeper into that! As it wasn't my intention to create them ..yet! xD

And THIS is OMG Fantasmic! If only.. If Only! Simazing Lighting!

This is what I aim to do, I might be limited to only a few bugs but once they all get sorted I plan on uploading this as a Beta Tester for anyone <Man> Brave enough to try! Lol I wonder what crazy thing people will do with this once it's done? Of course I'm limited with what I have ( EA Style) but I can use this as my canvas on which to construct THE ultimate Jaccuzzi for Sims 3! If you understood what I meant good for you! lol I hope this WILL be possible for my sake as well as everyone elses!
IMAGINE! I think that shall be the Make/Model of the Jaccuzzi! YES! "The Imagine Pod" or something like that! XD lol it doesn't need to be Perfect just ~Working~

I think I have some ideas xD

Naughty and Nice flavours shall be available I.E 'XXX Rated' for the Erotic Sim who craves a spanking or two! and 'Pure of Heart Default' for the less Pervy minded..heh

If all goes well by the end of this week (after the weekend for those of us who NEED R&R) I should be able to upload the Beta!

Here's Just some of the programmes I'm using;

3D Studio Max Easy to use/understand from the get go.

Maya 6 I can really get into this one!

Blender (though I prefer Milkshape) It serves it's purpose.

I have a few others But they're not Retail they're made by other 3D Meshers etc

Now I'm off to Finish the Tutorials hopefully learning more in the process and pertaining to my goal of completing the "project".. Phew what a mouthful lol

Wow! cannot believe that it's been over 3 months since I last visited here!
Okay so My Project failed Miserably! I really thought that I'd hit a goldmine, when I got the EA Anims working correctly with my User made Mesh/Mod, unfortunately EA are clever with their coding/ prograaming these days! I still can't find a  viable way to bypass their EVIL mainframe! ha ha
Hopefully sometime after the NEW EP "WA" is released we'll have an easier time of it?? and another Bright Spark will notch his/ or her! way in and Finish off where I left off, I could upload my .Package file containing working ~Ea Mesh files for the Tub itse;lf, Unfort, I deleted ALL my mods/ Creations and Got rid of My game too! 
Just haven't had the time, patience nor the 'know how' to even bothered! =S
Sad real Sad, if only if only..
Well I'm off never to be heard of ever again!

FYI I'm not abandoning this project, but recent events have set me back and I've now decided it best to put it on hiatus for a while. If I manage to find time to work on this I will, My friend(who happens to be a Girl) is pretty good at re-working animations/Skeletal bones i.e using milkshape/blender etc But so far all she can do for this what I hoped and had in mind which is seating the sims correctly in the "Tub" =/
Okay so this is very dissapointing to say the least, I was really hoping to finish this by the end of the month But now I'm not even sure i'll find the extra hours to do so, she has graciously offered to 'take it over' but lacks the required skills to get it to 'float' so to speak. speaking of which My other project I AM working on (daily..even during breaks at work) is a working Hot Air Balloon (I'm basing this off the original EA mesh ingame with those funny looking characters I think their names are Don Lothario and um.. i forget LOL) so lets see what happens eh? keep you posted $\;\)$

Okay as I thought, I ran into a few snags but I managed to achieve what I was after and that was ~Correctly Working Anims~ for the Tub! so not bad considering there was thrown wrench in the the works eh? If I manage to find time today to update you on my progress I will! if not expect a working beta model from me sometime next week! sorry I had daily tasks of work/Courses to attend! ya know the hustle and bustle of boring everyday life? yup well don't we all? I'll 'try' (emphasis on TRY) to steal some time and finish this thing once and for all ^ ^ ..hopefully $\:rolleyes$ :

Just wanted to add that I've Now been able to succesfully exit the hottub without it crashing to windows! I've been testing all day today using the lastest patch (1.2.7) and so far so good, however now I have the Pita job of meshing and texturing the whole tub as well as making sure it can be recolourable too! I might just upload the default mesh when it's done 'AS IS' I'm planning on making a neutral based texture as the default so we'll see..Now it might take longer than I thought previously as I noticed when I tried to export using the launcher it would Not accept when selecting 'download' in the launcher tab! hm well maybe I could just make it a .package file and place it in the mods/packages section?? that's yet another hurdle in which to leap over! for now i'll take the cowards way out and try (being the operative word) to crawl under it xD right I'm rambling again sorry! I'l go now and work on a solution to my dilemma $\;\)$ Be back soon with updates and more..
