Created for: The Sims 4

The long-standing Villa Dhanavian was constructed a long time ago by the illustrious poet Aleksandr Dhanavian over the remains of the old fortress that guarded the bridge to Forgotten Hollow. What parts of the towers and ramparts still stood standing were secured and integrated into a more modern building that the poet made his home. Many rumours have circulated over the years about both him and the house, and it's the thought of many that he used those ancient walls to hide some hideous secret.

First of all it's worth mentioning that I first created Villa Dhanavian as a result of my need of a nice vampire-styled house that would fit both the ideas I had for a good old-fashioned vampire playthrough and the Forgotten Hollow theme, and was not intended to be uploaded for anyone else's use. As a consecuence, you will find that the house has a very "practical" feeling to it, despite making it look good being one of my primary goals. In any regard, I hope it is to someone's liking as much as it is to mine, or at least find it as useful and fun as I've found it to be throughout my playthrough. So let's cut to the chase!

What you are getting:
- A fortress/vampire mansion hybrid. I needed a vampire themed house and I like castles. Why not have both?
- A nice servants entrance under the old, arched bridge. So the butler doesn't have to go through the main building to get to the kitchen. How snobbishly old-fashioned, right?
- A FRONT yard cemetery. For a change!
- Servant dependencies. Without windows. So they don't get cold, of course.
- A not creepy dining room with a chimney.
- A not creepy upstairs living room, also with a chimney.
- A guest room with a private bathroom. AND a chimney.
- A bold main bedroom. Yes, it has a chimney (and stairs, and a door. Because apparently vampires cannot teleport somewhere if there is no direct WALKING acces...).
- A regal study with a barely dramatic piano.
- A completely normal basement. For bridge club reunions. Yes...
- A buried secret.

What you're not getting:
- A dragon.
- A sports car.
- A talking potato? What do I know?


A couple things to get into account! For one, this is my first ever upload, so any (hopefully constructive) feedback will be welcome! And secondly, although you can obviously place it wherever you want, be mindful that Villa Dhanavian is especially designed to be placed in Fledermaus Bend, in Forgotten Hollow, so put it there for full effect.
