I have all the EP's and stuff packs and can build using specific EP via the Base Game Starter pro program..

I do take requests, so if you have a request please feel free to PM.
In the PM I will need to know the following

Picture of house you are interested in
Number of bedrooms, bathrooms wanted.
Number of stories
Can CC be used from TSR ( meaning you have a Subscription)
The number of EP's you have installed
Any other specific information you want me to know.

I also am working on a custom hood called Beach Haven Gardens and Resorts.. so you will see many lots with the initials BHG in the title.. this means this lot was built for this hood..
