Welcome to The Deborah, a grand Victorian mansion nestled amongst the cedar trees at 3 Sim Lane. Upon entering the foyer your breath will leave you as you gaze upon the opulent period furnishings. To your left is the library, where many skills can be honed. From the library you can enter the living room where relaxation and comfort can be a priority. The brass elevators in the living room will whisk you to the second floor. To the right of the foyer, the formal dining room awaits the feast that has been prepared inthe adjoining oak and granite gourmet kitchen. Easy access to the laundry room and bathroom can be gained either through the foyer or the kitchen. Taking the elevators upstairs drops you into the hallway where you will find 6 lavish bedrooms, each with their own ensuite.

The yard, landscaped with cedar trees, tulips, roses, and wild flowers is a gardeners delight. The pool, with rock fountain, welcomes the owner to swim laps. The cabana house features an exercise centre and his and hers change rooms. For romantic encounters, a hot tub is nestled amongst cedar trees. Rounding out the yard is a picnic area, a cuddle swing, and a pond.
