Welcome to The Lorah, situated at 1 Sim Lane in the Palisades Canyon subdivision. This home is completely furnished and ready for a family of 3. Walking through the front entrance you are greeted by an amazing indoor fountain with sitting area. The living room and dining room, both with fire places welcome both you and your guests.
The galley style copper kitchen is efficiently planned for the busy cook. Meal preparation is a snap because of the high quality appliances. The main bathroom includes a white corner fireplace and laundry centre. The master suite boasts an angled wall library with sitting area, fireplace, and a dressing room with twin built-in showers and fireplace. The second bedroom features a white corner fireplace. The Lorahs backyard is perfect for relaxation or casual entertaining. The lazy octagon pool with fountain and adjacent spa are sure to be crowd pleasers. And what better way to feed that crowd than with the outdoor kitchen! The koi pond and open air gazebo are sure to be a hit when you want to sit and gaze at your special love. The Lorah is offered completely furnished and decorated and includes smoke detectors, security system, telephones, wall lighting where applicable, and wall and window treatments. The exterior wall paper is provided for your convenience. I do not remember if it is a stock Maxis wall paper or if it came with a house that I've downloaded.
