Thanks for the feedback. I have the necklace in game with other CC, but never got any issues that I noticed like red eyes. The shining and textures are mapped for the necklace area. Are you using CC eye colors or eyelashes? It can conflict. If you would like you could indicate me what other CC your sim is wearing (including CC eyes and eyelashes, hats, nails, etc) so I can verify if they clash.
