Has anyone seen this guy before? I was playing on a uni lot and every day a maid would show up, tidy up, then disappear into one of the dorm rooms and not go home. Then one day this maid showed up, I've never seen him before!!! His name was Sam Hourvitz. The only male maid I've seen wears a blue shirt and is called Remmington. Has anyone else seen Sam? Does he show up regularly?

There are many male maids in the game. Whether you get a male or a female is random. Some of them are hideous too!
