Created for: The Sims 3

Southland Ranch: A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style house. Originally designed for my TS2 legacy, I decided to rebuild it in TS3.

This home has a rather unique feature: 2 entrances. The main oneleading to the living room, and a second one to the left hand side, leading to the hallway by the bedrooms. There are also 4 good size bedrooms (master, girls, boys and a guest room), 2 bathrooms, with scope to expand (just convert the current utility room into a 3rd bathroom, if needed), a living area with an archway leading onto a large kitchen diner. The utility room is accessed through the kitchen, and leads into a spacious double garage, which could easily house some gym equipment.

Requires High End Loft Stuff for the aquarium.
