Created for: The Sims 3

This is a home I have been working on for the past 3-4 days. It is a mansion-like home, set on just a 30x40 lot! Perfect for those legacy players that cannot play on a 60x60 lot. It has 7 good sized bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; some bedrooms share a bathroom. This can easily be changed, by just taking out the doors!), a cozy living room, kitchen/dining area, a study and a fully landscaped garden! If you want a playroom/media room/gym/anything else(!), you can easily build another room on top of the garage, so there is even room to expand! Also, with a little editing of the walls, I'm pretty sure you should be able to add a staircase to the top floor, so you can always build up, if needed!

This house is FULLY furnished and FULLY decorated! Cars in the garage ARE included in the sims3pack file, but if you don't want them/the house is too expensive with them, you can easily delete them by going into Edit Town, then Build mode on the house. :-)
