Created for: The Sims 3

Modern family villa, perfect for medium to big family with decent budget. Fully furnished to everyday needs and more. Also features indoor garage, 3 extra parking lots, penthouse open party hall, and loads of space for relaxation. Mid-floor hall also includes HDTV, and fireplaces are scattered all around the place! Ohh, I have forgotten to mention loads of terraces, dining table in one of semi-closed one... and there is also gym!

Car (seen in top image) is not included, as it is collector's edition item if I understand good.

This house has seen quite long path of development, starting from mid-summer ending almost at the mouth of 2010. It has gone loads of bug/flaw fixing, especially with elevation, and it has been worn by around 5-7 families... so it should work fine, but in case of any flaw - let me know! I will update it.

This set is part of Rebuilding Riverview project early days, best placed on lot 1067 Dogwood lane.
