My current favourite Sim, a violinist named Zo� Wight. She's a romance Sim and she seems completely oblivious to the fact that the guys trip over each other trying to get to talk to her. She's always surrounded by NPCs (guys mainly) when she's downtown, whether I've taken her or she shows up when I'm playing another Sim.
