Yes! It totally fits on a 40x40 plot of land placed on the beach in Sunset Valley, but let's be honest. This lot deserves a tropical ambiance. So, I placed it in Sunlit Tides. Island Paradise is an option, but for my taste it is too touristy. Not really finding a good spot to place the lot. Of course you can, you might need to delete some existing lots. As with all lots placed on a beach with no particular address, you need to adjust the edges. If placed on a bigger lot, it will be easier to do so, although the 40x40 works well.
