(Told you I was a nerd ). Love The Sims, bought complete collection and played it to death... Just getting into the Sims 2 and miss my thousands of unique items made by you guys so I'm back here again downloading new stuff, and have even subscribed now to get the best! Happy to do so though, the rate at which I've been downloading for the Sims 1 is ridiculous, so it's about time I put something back into TSR
Have made several of my own creations, one of which I uploaded here but being n upload n00b I'm not sure if it's working or not, so please comment if it's broken. Anyway, that's enough of that. I love metal. Music I mean - not construction material. I also love getting out my pencils and drawing, recently I hve become something of the photographer and have had offers for prints of my work, mainly shots in and around the English Countryside, I'm obsessed with Macro Photography at the moment so the smaller the better I use GiMP and Digital Image Suite to digitally correct any bad exposure or add the occasional post-processing 'lazy edge' effect.
I love games in general, board games, pen and paper games, computer games, Xbox games, DS games and plenty of retro stuff to boot. The Sims is one of my favourites, bizarrely I first played the console games which I thought were extremely well designed, if limited by the memory of the machines they were released on. Never bothered with the Urbz as that didn't appeal to me as much but of course the PC versions of Sims are sooooo infinitely better it's unreal. I miss some stuff though, like the option for direct sim control, making your own recipes, being involved with conversations where you and another character are 'locked in' talk, the ability to manually walk around the the metal detector etc... All were present in the console version of Sims 2. I was really impressed EA made such an effort to bring such a unique version of the game out for the consoles
