Sorry I have not been around much to get back to you on the lighting in my lot.  I did not make them, they are the lights that you can buy when you enter the "buydebug on" cheat.   It opens up lots of items that EA uses in their lots.  Just look for the "?" in buy mode after you enter the cheat.  There are wall mounted ones, ceiling mounted, and they come in assorted sizes.  Thanks for the comment hon!
