Thanks for the comment on my Penguin Gets Lucky screenshot! I'm not sure, but I think it may increase the likelihood of a visit from the Penquin if you have a fishable pond on your lot. He seems to visit this particular lot quite a bit. Although I have had him show up at lots that don't have a pond. So I'm not sure, but it's worth a try!
