You will find the file in "downloads" on your computer's hard drive. Copy it and unzip it in the TRAY folder in the game files - Documents - Electronic Arts - The Sims 4 - Tray
The CC files, i.e. Mods in the game files - Documents - Electronic Arts - The Sims 4 - Mods
Start the game and in some environment, go to the Gallery (in the upper right corner) - go to your library there - search for the house by its name but with MODIFIED content because it contains CC. If you still have a problem, write to me, if I helped, also contact me. Have fun.
