Hi Dan, Welcome to TSR! After you download the zip file (to your desktop), extract the custom content (CC) .package files to your Downloads folder. Then open the sims2pack file (preferably with the sims2pack Clean Installer program) to install the actual lot. Hope this helps.-MS
