I love building lots for TS2 so much, I really don't have too much time to actually _play_ the game! It's okay though as I'm not too good at it anyway. ^^ I'll also submit walls, floors, and ground textures that I have made that I've used in my lots.
I'm a TSRAA member so feel free to include any of my custom content in your lots that you submit to TSR.

hey adam! i love your colonial penguin lake house! wonderful. in the screenshot you have for the classic farmhouse there are some wonderful stairs at the front. are you allowed to upload it with those stairs, or are they strictly non-distributable. because i like the lot and the stairs and want both! lol
