Hi, dear!

I'm really sad to hear about it. But as you can see, All walls and floors and others were tested and can be seen in the screenshots taken within the game. My advice is to try to do this. Close the game. Try opening the packages at Sims 4 Studio at Texture options:

Than Check the Autoresize Textures options
and save the packages.
And run the game again. Tell me later if it works or not. After that if did not work you see technical support at TSR.
