Hey there, well i used late night and a bit of generations stuff,....the big thing with modern vista is the lot placement. although it is fully possible to place it on any 60 X 60 lot a little work must be done. Another thing is the elevator that comes with late night. Without it your sims will just have to use the stairs!!!
