Hi
I only can do lot's as you can see on my page. I also make it for Sims 3. For creating furniture I suggest you pay a visit to the Forums there you can go to the Sims 2 area and then you have to search for explanation or you could put in a post yourself.
If you have any other quistions feel free to ask.
